Kelly's Spa Policies

To ensure the utmost relaxation during your visit, we invite you to arrive early for your treatments and linger afterward. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool, and private men’s and women’s steam rooms. Spa amenities include the use of a plush robe, slippers, and private locker, with vanity products and toiletries available for your convenience. 

Services marked with a * symbol are heat treatments and are not recommended for guests who are pregnant, have heart conditions, or are sensitive to heat. Please inform our spa reservation agent of any health concerns, including high blood pressure, allergies, physical conditions, or pregnancy, prior to booking. If you experience any discomfort during your treatment, notify your therapist immediately. 

Your satisfaction is our priority. For the comfort of all guests, kindly turn off cell phones and pagers while at the spa, and we recommend removing jewelry before treatments. Kelly’s Spa is a non-smoking facility. 

To best ensure the treatments you want are available at the times you desire, we strongly suggest making reservations well in advance of your visit.

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled spa appointment so that you may relax and not feel hurried into your spa experience. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot receive an extension of scheduled treatments.

As a courtesy to other spa guests and with consideration for the spa’s therapists, we request that all guests using the Spa extend a courteous 24-hour cancellation notice to reschedule or cancel any single spa treatment appointment, packages, and wellness classes. 

 For groups we request a 72-hour cancellation notice. If less than the cancellation time/hours notice is given, full service price of the treatments will be billed. A credit card number is required at the time you book your treatments. 

A service charge of 20% will be added to each service.  If you have received exceptional service, we invite additional gratuity at your discretion.

Guests aged 16 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and provide proof of age. Treatments will be administered by a provider of the same gender, and a swimsuit must be worn during each treatment.

The use of Kelly’s Spa facilities is complimentary to all guests receiving services.

Gift cards are available upon request or can be purchased online and make appreciated and tasteful gifts. Kelly’s Spa at the Mission Inn also features many unique and luxurious spa products and accessories for your enjoyment at home or while traveling.
