WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you to relax, leisurely get into your cozy robe and unwind in our relaxation lounges and eucalyptus steam room.

WHAT ABOUT MY JEWELRY AND VALUABLES?

If you are staying at the hotel, please leave valuable items in the guestroom safe or the safety deposit boxes at the front desk. We do not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to such articles.

SHOULD I SHAVE BEFORE A TREATMENT?

Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services. For men, shaving is recommended, but not necessary, prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least six hours prior to your appointment.

SPA ATTIRE

Luxurious robes, slippers and personal lockers are provided for you during your visit. We recommend wearing something comfortable to leave in. We also suggest bringing a bathing suit if you plan on using the eucalyptus steam room or our sparkling pool.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, however, please wear what makes you comfortable. During all treatments, your body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Before and after your treatment, robes and slippers are provided.

WHAT ABOUT MY COMFORT?

This is your time, and you should delight in the full experience. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, please notify us of your preferences. We request that cell phones, cameras, and pagers be turned off while enjoying the Spa.

WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS?

Please notify our spa reservation agent before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are expecting. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know especially if you are under a physician’s care. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your service provider immediately.

WHAT IF I AM A MOTHER-TO-BE?

While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our spa agents if you are expecting when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance. Please note that any heat treatments and some Spa facilities are not suitable for mother’s to be. We highly recommend that you consult your doctor prior to your Spa visit.

EUCALYPTUS STEAM ROOM

Enjoy our eucalyptus steam room with a cold plunge shower, complimentary with any spa treatment.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE FOR TREATMENTS?

Guests must be at least 14 years of age to experience a Spa treatment. If under the age of 18, treatments will be performed by a therapist of the same gender as the guest.

It is highly recommended for teens to wear a bathing suit and a parent must be in the treatment room.

WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

CELL PHONE POLICY

We understand your desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of all of our guests, cell phone use is not permitted beyond our Spa reception area.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We request that all guests using the Spa extend a courteous 12-hour cancellation notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. For packages, we request a 24-hour cancellation notice. For groups we request a 72-hour cancellation notice. If less than the cancellation time/hours notice is given, full service price of the treatments will be billed. A credit card number is required at the time you book your treatments.

WHAT ABOUT GRATUITIES?

Gratuities are not included in the services and are completely up to the guest’s discretion. Standard gratuity for a satisfactory service is 20%.
