CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to other guests desiring treatments and the spa’s therapists, we require a 4 hour notice if you must cancel or wish to change any individual treatments. If you have booked a Spa Package, we require 24 hour notification if you must cancel. Without proper notification, you will be charged the full value of all scheduled services.

GRATUITIES
In appreciation of outstanding service, spa gratuities may be given at your discretion.

AGE POLICY
As a courtesy to all spa guests, we do not extend services or spa facility use to children under the age of 14. Guests age 14 – 18 must be accompanied by a parent, receive treatment with a provider of the same gender and wear a swimsuit during the treatment.

FACILITY FEE
The use of the spa facilities is complimentary to all guests receiving services. If a non-hotel guest wishes to use the spa facilities without receiving a treatment, a fee of $30.00 is required.
